Replies usually arrive within 1–3 days. As a one-person operation, things can run a bit late — thank you for your patience.

- Correcting wrong information — fixing modpack version, loader, or included-mod details
- Reporting typos / broken links — typos in the body text, broken external links
- Modpack add requests — suggesting modpacks you would like to see covered
- Mod add requests — requesting an article on a specific individual mod

This is an unofficial fan site. The items below are outside what the site operator can help with, so please contact the relevant official channels for each modpack or mod.
- Modpack install errors / game crashes → the "Issues" tab on the modpack's CurseForge / Modrinth page, or its official Discord
- Bugs or feature requests for the mod itself → that mod's GitHub Issues / Discord
- Unreleased or pre-release info for a specific modpack → contact the modpack creator directly
- Questions about Minecraft itself → Mojang Official Support
- Copyright / licensing questions about a mod or modpack → contact that mod's creator directly

⏱️ Response & Turnaround SLA
- Typo / link fixes: usually applied within 24 hours
- Information corrections: verified and applied within 24–72 hours
- New modpack coverage: 1–4 weeks after review (articles are written only after hands-on play, which takes time)
- Emails we may not reply to: marketing/promotional emails and inappropriate requests may go unanswered
